3. Medium Term Accommodation (MTA): MTA provides temporary accommodation for individuals with disabilities who require short-term support due to changes in their circumstances or while transitioning between homes.

4. Short Term Accommodation (STA): STA offers temporary accommodation and support for individuals with disabilities who require immediate short-term assistance, such as respite care or during crises.
